Valdorcino cheese is produced strictly from pure sheep’s milk, weighs approx. 0.500 kg and is moulded in a rounded shape. It is part of the ripe Pecorino cheese range and acquires a distinctly pleasant taste after ripening. It is presented unpackaged or in the “La Capanna dei Formaggi” gift box.
Also available vacuum-packed (whole wheel 0.500 kg).
