The production of organic cheese is another, almost mandatory objective for our company, which has always offered traditional and natural lines of products.

Our company is a cooperative and counts numerous organic milk producers amongst its members. Owing to these certified companies, we are in a position to conveniently offer and guarantee our organic cheese. Clearly, the cheese making process complies with all the directives of the certifying agency, which monitors the entire production cycle up to the final marketing of the product. We only process pure sheep’s milk. Ripe organic cheese is ripened for 4 months and comes in two types of wheels: with straight sides and weighing approx. 2.0 kg, and with rounded sides weighing approx. 1.4 kg Also available vacuum-packed.
