Our company is a cooperative and counts numerous organic milk producers amongst its members. Owing to these certified companies, we are in a position to conveniently offer and guarantee our organic cheese. Clearly, the cheese making process complies with all the directives of the certifying agency, which monitors the entire production cycle up to the final marketing of the product. We only process pure sheep’s milk.
Organic Marzolino cheese, ripened for 15/20 days, has an oval shape and weighs approx. 0.850 kg.
Available as vacuum-packed whole wheel weighing approx. 0.850 kg and half wheel weighing 0.400 kg.
