Our company is a cooperative and counts numerous organic milk producers amongst its members. Owing to these certified companies, we are in a position to conveniently offer and guarantee our organic cheese. Clearly, the cheese making process complies with all the directives of the certifying agency, which monitors the entire production cycle up to the final marketing of the product. We only process pure sheep’s milk.

Available as vacuum-packed whole wheel weighing approx. 1.5 kg, half wheel weighing 0.750 kg and quarter wheel weighing 0.350 kg.
