Our company is a cooperative and counts numerous organic milk producers amongst its members. Owing to these certified companies, we are in a position to conveniently offer and guarantee our organic cheese. Clearly, the cheese making process complies with all the directives of the certifying agency, which monitors the entire production cycle up to the final marketing of the product. We only process pure sheep’s milk. Red organic cheese, ripened for 15/20 days. The rind is surface-treated with organic tomato concentrate. The cheese comes in wheels with rounded sides weighing approx. 1.5 Kg. Available as follows:
